**About the role**

As a Refurbishment Technician you will be responsible for analysing returned equipment to identify faults and repair to be put back into the market. You will work with technicians/planning teams to attend customer sites where units may be faulty to repair on site equipment.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, professional in your approach with great communication skills.

Other responsibilities include:

- Complete field service tasks in customer facing environments when required
- Opening/closing the warehouse when required
- Maintain a safe workspace in the warehouse through organisation, cleanliness, and stock control
- Take on any other projects/duties as assigned by your manager

**Skills & experience**
- Basic knowledge/experience in technical repair work with tools
- Previous plumbing and/or electrical experience ideal
- Field service/technician experience
- Proven customer service skills & experience
- Warehousing experience
