About the Role

As a Field Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service operations—planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Service Agreements across Australia
- Schedule jobs and allocate resources using OneService
- Coordinate spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Track progress, KPIs, and prepare monthly service reports
- Support invoicing processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with Field Service Engineers, Sales, and Customers to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with WHS and ISO standards

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Tech-savvy (ERP systems, MS Office; OneService/iScala experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
