**Administrator**
Maher Group Finance is seeking a well-presented professional with exceptional communication and organisation skills. Join our team at Maher Group as an Administrator and play a vital role in supporting the Director with your administrative expertise.
LOCATION:_ _Caringbah
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support office organisation and efficiency by managing administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry and diligently following up with clients and lending partners to ensure smooth progress of loans.
Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in all administrative tasks, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
CRM management, including updating client records and generating loan documents.
Assist with coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging necessary resources.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team success.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour, with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly phone manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, lending partners and clients.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in typing and data entry.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Previous exposure to CRM systems is advantageous, although training will be provided.
Experience in finance or banking sectors is preferred but not required.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
