**THE COMPANY**:

**THE POSITION**:
The Reception/Administrative Clerk reports to the Administration Manager and is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative services to the NSW office.
Being part of this friendly team will enable you to perform your duties with easy and enjoy what you do.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answering incoming calls
- Assist with travel & accommodation bookings
- Organising meetings & refreshments
- Working closely with the marketing team on events/trade shows etc.
- Data entry of orders and invoicing
- Maintain database and files
- Prepare shipment documents
- General administration duties
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Current drivers licence
- MS Office experience - Intermediate
- Minimum 3 years office administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and honest
- Demonstrate sound work ethic
- Ability to work in a team and individually
**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
**SALARY**: $60-65K + Super (Depending on experience)
**HOURS**: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm 1 hour lunch (35 hour week)
**LOCATION**: Caringbah
