**The Role**:
Working Five Days a week, including Saturday, this is a busy, fast paced role, suited to a self-motivated, driven, ambitious individual. This is an exciting role that could provide you a successful future in sales or administrative support.

Joining an established and successful team, you will be involved in all facets

of the sales process requiring proficiency in the following:

- Database Management
- Information Technology Systems
- Property Marketing
- Assisting with open homes and auctions
- Liaison with vendors, buyers, suppliers, and auctioneer

**Must have**:

- Good knowledge of the Sutherland Shire

**Salary**: $44,530.06 - $79,755.14 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caringbah, NSW 2229: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Property Certificate of Registration (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
