We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Methodology Lead **to develop, embed, maintain, and improve the assessment guidelines and processes to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and consistently and remediated (where required) in the most effective and efficient manner
The role operates collaboratively with the CRI Leadership Team, and draws upon expertise as required to plan, initiate, and ultimately close the project. The role operates within existing CRI management operating procedures and decision-making regimes and engages appropriate stakeholders accordingly.
**What you will be doing**:
- Ensuring all methodology-related decisions and assessment precedents are recorded, appropriately agreed upon, reported and disseminated.
- Write and complete papers to ensure new and revised Methodology can be applied for the Assessment team.
- Taking responsibility for all queries, tasks and additional projects as delegated by the Methodology Manager.
- Answering Assessment queries in relation underlying Methodology.
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to develop Methodology for the program.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the methodology and processes to ensure they are applied in the remediation of customers who have received inappropriate advice or service.
- Reviewing advice decisions based on file documentation and supporting information and form a determination of appropriate or inappropriate advice.
**What you will bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in an Advice role, preferably including Remediation or Investigations.
- RG146 qualifications (Diploma of Financial Planning/Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical experience in a role which gives exposure to the complexities of the financial advice process, advice regulations and standards.
- Superior interpersonal skills to maximise relationships with key internal/external stakeholders up to executive levels.
- Advanced level of problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
