Seeking an experienced Business Improvement Lead on a temporary full time basis for 3 months

**Your new role**

You will play a pivotal role in advancing and shaping the ongoing improvement transformation of the Council aligning with their strategic purpose and objectives, Your primary focus will be partnering with key stakeholders to identify, drive and facilitate business improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Lead the strategic Business Improvement Program ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Develop resources and introduce business improvement tools and methodologies
- Collaborate and champion performance excellence principles and practice throughout the organisation integrating them into business planning

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in leading and implementing business improvement programs
- Proven experience in leading and implementing change initiatives
- Strong understanding of business improvement methodologies
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

**What you'll get in return**
- 3 month assignment
- Temporary full time (35 hour working week)
- Located in North Sydney (1 x WFH per week)
