Australian Federal Government Agency has a requirement for an experienced** Capability Program Design Lead **in Canberra or Brisbane.

**Role Summary**:
Work with business architecture team to abstract business capabilities and design appropriate enterprise business capability target states.

Working closely with and in support of the Program Analysis Leader, manage the whole of Enterprise Business Capability blue print development, including engagement with senior stakeholders across Associate Secretary Group, Services and Groups to co-design an Enterprise Business capability lifecycle which mutually reinforces the One Defence Capability System.

Assess projects and initiatives against business capability heat map to design roadmap to achieve capability target state in collaboration with the Portfolio Investment Analysis (PIA) team.

Core expertise in multifaceted multistage program design and capability based planning

**Responsibility**:
Develop Enterprise Capability blueprint working closely with business architecture team and portfolio analysis team.

Engage with senior stakeholder in the assessment of business capability and to design a roadmap to achieve target state.

Abstract business capability impacts and requirements from program and architecture documentation.

Contribute to a wide range of program and portfolio documentation and respond to stakeholders.

Communicate effectively on business capability design and capability based planning.
