Australian Federal Government Agency has a requirement for an experienced** Capability Program Design Support **in Canberra or Brisbane.

**Role Summary**:
Monitor and update Department's capability system, identifying potential impacts for DBIP originating from other capability.

Maintain roadmap of work in progress, including project/initiative scope.

Assess impact upon capabilities from project change / variation requests.

**Responsibility**:
Monitor and update the Department capability management system and business architecture system/teams, identifying impacts and changes to Enterprise Capability blueprints.

Maintain the business capability roadmap with work in progress and approved and unapproved.

Assess impact upon capabilities from project change variation of scope.

Align business capability investment and transformation activities to deliver against the business target operating model.
