**Administrative Assistant for Psychology Practice**

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an award-winning busy psychology practice. The clinic is located in the heart of Kogarah, only a 3 minute walk from Kogarah train station.

Tiny Terrors is a unique Child and Family Psychology service. We specialise in challenging behaviour, and positive parenting. As well as our signature 'Sydney's Supernanny' in-home service, Tiny Terrors has a gorgeous clinic in Kogarah, NSW, where clients have the option of seeing us in clinic.

Tiny Terrors is GROWING and we are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

- A professional attitude and demonstrate friendly communication skills
- An ability to work independently as well as being an excellent team player
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise
- That you can adapt well to change
- A high level of organisational and administrative skills with an attention to detail
- A keen interest in maintaining a high level of service delivery and performance
- You have excellent IT skills (familiar with complete Microsoft Office suite of programs) and Practice Management Software (Mac operated and cloud-based software).
- Capable in handling stressful situations gracefully and working well under pressure
- You are hardworking and efficient
- An ability to work proactively without supervision
- You are an energetic person with positive work ethic, that promotes and supports teamwork
- You have excellent verbal and written communication
- You are pleasant and have a polite telephone manner
- You have previous experience with NDIS billing and accounts is desirable but not essential

**Your key duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- Reporting to the Practice Manger and assisting with adhoc duties as directed
- Liaising with clients, consultants and other health care professionals
- Diary management of a growing team of practice consultants including booking client appointments and managing schedules
- Administrative support to the Practice Manager and consultants
- Assisting consultants with session preparation
- Assisting with planning of staff meetings and events
- Weekly invoicing, receipting of consultations and chasing up outstanding invoices
- Processing NDIS invoices
- General administrative duties (filing, archiving, printing)
- Assisting with promotion and marketing of the business as required
- Maintaining the professional appearance of the practice and light cleaning

**Salary**: $22.20 - $34.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kogarah NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
