Part-Time Medical Receptionist

St George Health is a growing multidisciplinary clinic of doctors and allied health professionals in the heart of Kogarah. We have a strong patient focus and we are looking for a good personality to fit with our clinic team. We pay above award and will adjust appropriately for any medical reception experience (especially Best Practice Medical software experience). Our health care business is a great team environment where you will be supported. You will be working as part of an established team supporting GPs, Psychologists, Podiatrists, Osteopaths, and a range of other professionals. We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and efficient medical receptionist to work 3 to 4 shifts during the week and more hours at weekends if desired.

The role requires the following tasks and duties:

- Phone management
- Face to face patient greeting
- Diary management
- Online and medical communications management
- Client billing and transactions
- Attend to the needs of practitioners
- Reception and waiting room management
- Liaising with the Practice Manager

Best Practice Software experience will be highly valued though is not essential. Training can be provided, opening up a career in medical administration. Computer proficiency is necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

- Day shift

All surfaces are sanitised hourly. Covid warnings for all patients in communciations.
