Our Medical Centre is looking to expand our administrative staff roster and is seeking Medical Receptionists. Experience not required

Our Medical Receptionists will be asked to provide confidential and quality patient services. You will be required to:
- Undertake a range of activities to support the efficient and effective administration of the day to day running of the medical practice
- Work with empathy, display a courteous and polite manner
- Maintain confidentiality and express a genuine willingness to assist patients of the clinic
- Communicate clear directions and instructions towards a diverse range of people
- Work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
- Fax, scan, and file documents
- Book and organise staff and/or doctors meetings as directed
- Contribute equitably to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice
- Maintain COVID safe infection control measures
- Any other administrative duties as directed by the Practice Manager or Principal doctor(s)
- Handle payment of fees via cash, EFTPOS etc.

**Salary**: $20.46 - $33.75 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Shift work
