Traffic Control Allocator

**About the Role**
This role is responsible for the planning, allocating, and scheduling of our Traffic Control team across a large number of projects working alongside our Senior Allocator.
- Scheduling the traffic control team in advance to the right projects
- Coordinating vehicles, traffic equipment and managing stocktakes
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders - site engineers, project managers, plant team, industry suppliers, client training departments
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress of scheduled tasks
- Ensuring traffic controllers have all applicable information and inductions completed prior to commencing a shift
- Onboarding of new traffic controllers, carrying out company inductions and assigning specific site inductions
- General business administration, filing dockets, approving timesheets, organise quotes, PO’s

**About You**:

- Previous scheduling experience in a high volume service delivery sector
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise work and work under pressure
- Willing to work flexible hours alongside the traffic team
- Demonstrated ability to build effective and credible working relationships
- Solid administrative experience - Outlook, Excel, Assignar, Deputy, Coins
- Demonstrated highly effective communication skills, with people of all levels
- GCI card, Traffic Controller / Implement Traffic Control Plans / PWZTMP (highly regarded but not mandatory)
- Highly customer focused
