**About the Role**

Take the opportunity to make a difference by joining our People & Culture team as an HR Associate. To ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality services to our clients, many of our employees are required to have and maintain various qualifications, registration and licenses. This role is primarily focused on managing compliance with these requirements and providing various other support to the People and Culture team. You will have the chance to thrive in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where you will be able to use your strong organisational and interpersonal skills to build relationships and minimise risk.

This role is also responsible for:

- Providing advice and support to internal departments
- Maintaining currency of knowledge regarding compliance requirements
- Maintaining relevant databases and HR Information Systems
- Assisting with employee life-cycle activities
- Assisting with process improvement tasks and projects

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised administrator with the ability to communicate the importance of accurate records to employees and managers. You will have a proactive approach and excellent customer focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Good attention to detail
- Experience using and maintaining an HR Information System
- Experience in a compliance driven environment, including working rights
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
