**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a People & Culture Coordinator on a**_ 5-month fixed term contract._** This position will support our Corporate Functions businesses (Finance, IT, P&C, Legal and Safety).
As part of our Employee Experience Team, you will provide administration and HR system support for transformational activities in our business.

**In this Role**
- Onboarding new team members
- Processing internal movements in our HR Systems and preparing associated documentation
- Maintaining / updating team member records
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and team members in relation to P&C policy, procedures, and/or systems queries
- Drafting letters of offer, and flexible working arrangements documentation
- Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- HR qualification (certificate, higher level qualification or business-related studies)
- User experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors experience is highly regarded)
- Administrative experience within a HR / People & Culture function within fast paced environment
- High level attention to detail and solution focussed mindset
- Experience in responding to stakeholder queries in timely manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks at one time
