This is a very rare opportunity to work 3 days per week for this company leader. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, this position is a full payroll function role for almost 300 employees. The ideal days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the right person will be proficient in the following tasks:

- Maintain new employee, termination and associated records
- Review all scheduled payroll activities
- Time and attendance data
- Establish new employee records and maintain them
- Complete the payroll function form start to finish
- payroll reports
- Communicate with employees with queries
- Generate and process the Time and attendance (TMS) files
- Prepare reports to support PAYG, Payroll Tax and superannuation payments
- Prepare leave liability reports, headcounts for each month
- Calculations of redundancies and payments
- High attention to detail
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- High proficiency of using Microsoft Excel, word and powerpoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous ERP system experience, preferably SAP
- A process focus
- The commitment to be there on the designated days
