**HR Business Partner**

Our client is a dynamic and growing gold miner with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific and LATAM regions. As their HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in driving their success by fostering a culture of excellence, talent development, and collaboration.

**The Role**

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment Excellence**:

- Identify and implement changes to recruitment practices for consistent and high-quality outcomes.
- Leverage online recruiting resources, employee referrals, and network connections to attract top talent.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, minimizing costs and waste.
- **Talent Management**:

- Enhance talent management processes across blue
- and white-collar positions.
- Foster intra-region mobility and resource sharing through secondments and placements.
- Collaborate with managers to develop growth plans for high-potential employees.
- **Performance Management**:

- Drive performance discussions and support operational teams in managing underperforming employees.
- **Front Line Capability Building**:

- Coordinate initiatives such as graduate programs and traineeships to enhance competence and behaviour alignment.
- Design and implement leadership programs to elevate general leadership capabilities.
- **National Workforce Enhancement**:

- Partner with operating sites to uplift national workforces.
- Develop localised programs to expedite nationalisation efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, talent management, and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
