**What’s the role?**
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director to join our Acquisition Finance & Originations team. This role is ideal for professionals with a track record of strong credit risk assessment and deal management skills, as well as a keen interest in new business transactions across both corporate & private equity relationships. The Associate Director will be a senior member of the transaction team from early-stage pitch documents through to leading all credit related submissions for deal execution (target memos, credit submissions).
You will also assist with and run strategy work focussing on increasing market share in key sectors, driving product growth and further entrenching our external market presence.
**What do I need?**
- Advanced credit analysis and writing capability / experience (cashflow and structured lending) across institutional credit / leverage finance (optional) driven by an analytical mindset and strong due diligence experience for new deals. h
- You will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly
- Drive to assist in developing new to bank business and strategic thinking around unique targeting ideas.
- Ability to form trusted relationships with key stakeholders and to influence at a senior level.
- Tertiary qualified in an analytical focused field such as finance, business, or economics.
