Investment Director, Origination

As an Investment Director, you will take a lead role in originating, structuring and executing transactions, working closely with senior leadership to drive the growth of AUM. This role will suit a commercial real estate banker with a strong relationship management pedigree.
As a well networked individual, you'll leverage your networks and expertise to generate new opportunities, while collaborating with a high-performing team. The dealflow will be vary but predominantly centred across various forms of residential development and construction finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute new real estate private credit opportunities.
- Lead transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, advisors and capital partners.
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years' experience in commercial real estate banking or private credit.
- Deep networks across brokers, developers and advisers.
- Strong credit acumen and proven origination track record.
- Leadership capability and ability to influence key stakeholders.
