**About the Team**:
The Business Transformation Manager/Lead will oversee and drive the transformation activities and projects across the business, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and in-scope. The Business Transformation Lead will ensure that the organisation has the strategy and processes in place to deliver the Company vision and enable our ambitions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, assess and operationalise business cases for projects to meet the Company's strategic goals/areas of focus
- Oversee strategic agenda for assigned business units and lead the tracking of activities against agreed plans and milestones
- Oversee the quarterly, bi-annual and annual strategic planning cycles
- Deliver regular project reporting, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are resolved and corrective action is initiated as appropriate
- Identify and manage stakeholder groups, and provide regular operational metrics and business reports to those groups.
- Contribute to performance uplift by tracking metrics and providing timely and meaningful insights to inform timely interventions (where required)
- Assist in resource allocation, ensuring teams have the necessary resources to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and track resource utilization throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide best practice process, tools, methods, business transformation practices and training across the organization
- Drive quality improvements across projects and processes
- Providing timely and precise evaluations of the financial implications of transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources.
- Leverage SME input to refine project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify upstream and downstream impacts of planned change initiatives
- Providing corporate support to the TikTok Australia Board of Directors, including providing co-ordination support for the Board; managing board processes such as board papers, proposals for the board; developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures for the Board.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5 years experience in strategy, preferably with experience from a strategy consulting or data analytics firm
- Strategic thinker and problem solvers with a strong track record in face-paced environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with complex and broad xfn stakeholders as well as to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated track record of analysing data to identify trends, identify risks and to inform decision making
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent financial acumen

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Demonstrated experience operating enterprise-wide change initiatives
