ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SUPPORT

Part Time position, approx 15-20 hours per week. Salary, above award rate - dependent on experience.

Work from home, hours to suit your lifestyle. Would suit someone with school children.

We are a busy and growing family electrical company looking for a new admin whizz This is a flexible role within a supportive and friendly team. Our electricians service the Central Coast and Newcastle area so knowledge of that geographical area is essential but the position is working from home / remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing general administration support for the business
- Processing work requests efficiently
- Working with Service M8 to communicate with clients and suppliers
- Sourcing parts online and ordering from a variety of wholesalers
- Liaising with clients and scheduling jobs for staff
- Working with Xero to create invoices
- Processing payments through Stripe
- Following up debtors
- Proven experience in scheduling work and dealing with trades
- Direct experience in electrical, plumbing and/or facility services sectors
- Knowledge of Service M8 or a trade scheduling software system
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in an office administration role
- Customer service experience
- Ability to travel to Bateau Bay for occasional meetings/ training etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
