About the RoleAs our Administration Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of ProMelius. Your role will be vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Utilise expertise in allied health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover, to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and inviting.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in administration within the allied health or medical sector (an advantage).
- Possesses exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour.
- Is proficient with computer systems and software (experience with medical/health software is an advantage).
- Has a genuine interest in helping people and contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Shows commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
