
Administration Assistant

**What will you be doing on a daily basis?**
- Assisting with basic accounts, data entry and office support tasks
- Maintaining filing and document control systems
- Coordinating calendars, room bookings and minutes of meetings
- Preparing documents, general communications and presentations
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
- Updating company policies and processes
- Coordinating office supplies and other purchases
- Helping out with other areas in busy periods
**What do you need to be successful?**
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience of Dear Inventory Systems
- Tech Savvy - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (excel), Shopify, Parcel Send & DEAR Inventory Systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A self-starter with exceptional time management skills
- Demonstrated organisational ability, and able to manage workload successfully during busy periods
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, helpful, and hands on with the willingness to go above and beyond
