Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to fill the Receptionist/Registration Clerk role.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering phones, and managing the front desk.

The Receptionist/Registration Clerk will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, facilitate communication, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming registrations, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answering incoming calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for sales and service departments.
  • Managing the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organised environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring efficient registration and processing of items.
  • Performing basic administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
