W Sydney is now casting for Beverage and Food Supervisors to support the daily B&F operations. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, this is an integral role that presents an amazing opportunity to contribute the world’s largest W Hotel.

The B&F Supervisor’s primary responsibility includes managing the team and assigned shift operations at the different venues. The Supervisor is expected to constantly strive to maximize talent and guest satisfaction, as well as revenues and profitability. Additional responsibilities include creating authentic guest experiences, managing the B&F reservations, maintaining hotel standards, training the talent, managing rosters and timesheets, and supporting the manager with any other tasks assigned.
