The Fresh Collective is looking for experienced Baristas to join the team at the Quay Quarter Tower located at 50 Bridge Street. The venue has high-quality modern design with magnificent views over Sydney. It encompasses a range of meeting rooms, event spaces and lounge across multiple floors. The brand-new corporate venues is open Monday to Friday providing high levels of service, food and beverage to AMP’s staff and visitors.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Make coffee and tea to a high-quality level and appearance

Continuously deliver informative, professional service

Take orders and enter in POS

Communicate effectively and respectfully with guests, supervisors and staff members

Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming

**ABOUT YOU**

Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment

Solid Barista experience including latte art

Knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee

Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency and ability to work confidently on your own during a busy burst

A team player who can work independently

Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Have valid RSA

Valid full time working rights in Australia
