Are you looking for your next step in your Food and Beverage career? Come join our close-knit team at Ibis as our **Food and Beverage Supervisor.**
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests
- Ensure team members are competent in menu, dietary and allergens knowledge
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
- Oversee the setup and reset of specific Conference & Function activities as required.
- Assist with preparation of rosters.
- Assist with the induction of new team members and ensure adequate training takes place.

This is a FT/PT role, and will require flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

**Qualifications**
- You are “hands on” and love a multitasking busy working environment overseeing a team through daily operations of the business
- You are able to support and value the contributions of all team members, creating trust and empowering our people
- A passion for Food and Beverage with a drive to deliver exceptional guest service
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Must hold a valid NSW RSA Competency card
