About the role

We are currently seekingFood and Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and provide high-quality customer service experience whist supporting the management of Food Safety and RSA requirements. This role will be primarily supervising and mentoring the team to ensure we provide a safe, fun environment with outstanding food and beverage.

What you'll get to do

• Assist the Bar Manager with day-to-day operations in the Cafe, Bar and within the Group Catering function
• Oversee and co-ordinate events in the bar with the Property Management team
• Develop and manage costing for all items sold in the bar and work with the team to develop activations to promote revenue growth in the bar
• Be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels in the bar
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants
• Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
• Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling

What are we looking for

• Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a bar environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
• Passion for being creative and
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
