- BHP or FMG site

There is an exciting opportunity for experienced
**Civil Supervisors** to join the team on either a
**BHP** site on rehabilitation & earthworks, or an
**FMG** site on access roads, haul maintenance & earthworks in the
**Pilbara**. This rare opportunity is for a major civil & mining company that value diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, and who conduct work for large projects on major mine sites on an on-going basis.

- Exposure to major BHP or FMG sites
- Minimum 6 months of work with the possibility of extension

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain safety requirements on site to the highest standard
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
- Develop teams and encourage employees to do their best, effectively communicating and resolving any conflict
- Be able to work under pressure on remote sites, sometimes independently using judgement and initiative to achieve results
- Uphold the company’s reputation and ensure every individual is treated with respect
- Send weekly status reports
- Understand asset allocation and ensure timely delivery and what is required to complete the project

**Must haves**:

- Proof of working rights in Australia
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Minimum **3 years’ experience as a Supervisor** on rehabilitation works, access road construction or earthworks on FIFO projects
- Current Australian HR License
- Qualifications in Civil Construction or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- High Risk Work License desirable
- White Card
- Any machinery tickets desirable
- Strong knowledge of OHS standards and an excellent safety record
- BHP or FMG inductions highly desirable
