As part of our growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our transformation team in Sydney.

About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Strategy Transformation Office (STO) with the objective of delivering and executing ISPT’s strategy for continued growth. You will achieve this by supporting the Group Executive, Transformation in providing guidance and support to the Workstream Leads and their Initiative Owners to enable them to deliver their respective elements of the ISPT transformation program.

**Your key deliverables will be**:
Ensure appropriate project controls are in place to monitor, assess and report on project progress, including the identification of impacts and escalation of decisions

Plan, develop and execute projects including facilitating budget planning and approvals

Establish STO steering committee governance, charter, and decision-making processes

Effectively document and manage detailed project risks and issues and communicate these to the transformation steering group

Proactively shape ISPT’s strategic portfolio by introducing new initiatives

Work with leaders to develop clear stakeholder management and engagement plans that ensure information sharing throughout project delivery

About you

You will bring to the role advanced project management experience in transformation projects, strong change management experience, proven ability in delivering projects on schedule plus broad ranging strategy, general and commercial experience. In addition, you will have strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation across project delivery.
