About the Opportunity

Questas is embarking on a high-profile, multi-year program to migrate several group companies onto our ERP system, a key initiative within our 5-year strategic plan.

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Program Manager - ERP Transformation to partner with our ERP team to oversee and coordinate program streams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Reporting to the GM Transformation, you will manage project plans, track financials, mitigate risks, drive change management, and engage stakeholders across the business. You will play a pivotal role in integrating ERP initiatives into operational processes, fostering user adoption, and ensuring clear communication throughout the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative program and make a tangible impact across Questas Group.

The position will be based at our brand-new Head Office in Norwest (Sydney).

About You

- Extensive experience leading ERP implementations.

- Ability to effectively influence at all levels of the business.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong change management experience.
