We are seeking a
Strategic Program Manager
to lead and coordinate high-priority programs within the cabin crew space. This role is responsible for managing sensitive, strategically significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth transition into BAU. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, organise and run steering committees, and prepare high-quality presentations for all levels of the business. You'll also oversee union-related projects and ensure effective stakeholder input and governance. Strong program leadership, structured delivery, and clear communication are key to success in this role.
You'll Have
- Strong project and program management experience in complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and experience preparing presentations for all levels, including c-suite
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience organising and running governance forums and steering committees
- Ability to manage sensitive projects with discretion and structure
- Familiarity with union-related initiatives or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information
- A proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach
