**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief General Manager Transformation, you will lead, shape, and execute the Allianz Transformation Program through the development and implementation of a new digital end to end business model, simplified products, processes, and re-platforming core systems. This role is accountable for the Transformation PMO and the strategic plan for the Unified Services Vertical. The program will deliver a new business model supported by new local IT assets and aid in the development and delivery of global business models and assets for the Allianz Group.

**Other key aspects of the role**:

- Driving the performance and engagement of the Transformation Program, accountable for change management, learning and development, user testing, communication and engagement, ensuring all verticals are optimised and working well together.
- Accountable for the design and build of the strategic plan of the Unified Services Vertical including Financial Transactions, Payments, Reinsurance & the organizational setup of the Business System. This includes team leadership for the:

- Design of the supporting systems and technology.
- Redesign, development and delivery of our retail products and services on an end-to-end basis.
- Build and deliver the Group Information Technology Master Platform configuration.
- Successful and seamless delivery of the Transformation Program business and Information Technology deliverables to customers, employees and the business.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance and act as a key influencer with senior stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure successful transition from program to BAU. Provides leadership, support, direction and advice across all workstreams and verticals.
- Enhance our customer value proposition and drive end to end journeys that are scalable across products and channels.
- Drive and deliver agile and customer centric retail solutions through operational process maps and customer touchpoints.

**Important to your success**:

- Extensive experience in leading and implementing complex transformational and strategic project implementation with P&L management accountability for a complex, matrixed insurance or financial services organisation, from both a business and technology perspective.
- Deep experience presenting to both Global and Local senior management committees and boards to influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and to drive and influence outcomes.
- Proven capability to lead change through the initiation and promotion of organisational transformation, leveraging effective process, collaboration and communication to foster commitment and participation.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
- Proven ability to articulate a customer centric culture and exemplify behaviours at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience and knowledge of Guidewire would be advantageous in this position.
