**Location**: Suite 1608, 87-89 Liverpool Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
**Internship Type**: Flexible (Full-time preferable)
**Duration**: 3-6 months
**Start Date**: Flexible

**Accountant Intern Responsibilities**
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Help with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Assist in preparing reports for audits, tax returns, or compliance
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and expense claims
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct basic financial analysis as directed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Provide administrative support to the labour hire and recruitment department

**Marketing Intern Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities
- Create and edit content for websites, newsletters, and blogs
- Support branding and corporate identity initiatives
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, or partners when needed
- Provide general administrative support to the education team

**What We’re Looking For**

1. Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field

2. Effective communication abilities for collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors

3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit; knowledge of accounting or marketing software is a plus
