**NSW State Sales Manager**

Our NSW State Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all internal direct sales activity and strategy within NSW. You are responsible for growing a sales team to achieve key business objections and help keep us the #1 Meal Kit company in Australia. Managing all aspects of the direct sales channel, you will assist with the recruitment, onboarding and training of sales representatives in order to meet sales targets and KPI’s.

You will
- Manage all internal Direct Sales activity in NSW (Door to Door & Events/Kiosks)
- Manage and oversee strategy for NSW Direct Sales Channels
- Develop KPIs for all aspects of the Direct Sales Channel
- Liaise with National Sales Manager and other departments of HelloFresh to find efficiencies within the business
- Complete reporting as directed by National Sales Manager
- Protect the company’s brand and values
- Organize special events for Door 2 Door Teams to sell at in NSW
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with training of Door 2 Door Teams
- Organize recruitment of your Team

You have
- 1-2 Years of direct Door2Door sales experience
- Experience developing and working towards sales targets & KPI’s
- Managed a Team of Sales Representatives across direct sales campaigns
- An obsession with detail and a nature that will not rest until everything is in order
- Quantitative and analytical experience including comfort with Excel
- Australian Issued Drivers Licence

Start Date: ASAP - willing to wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia

Location: Sydney with hybrid work set up.
