**About the role**
In this role you will:

- Lead the State Sales Team to deliver the State Sales Plan
- Coach, manage and mentor Team Members to develop a high performance sales team
- Take charge of own sales territory and customers in the first instance until the Sales Team growth and performance enables a move to a full focus on Sales Team Leadership

**Skills & Experience**
- ** Sales experience in food service**, with solid relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- ** People management experience** or ready to move to a sales management role
- Strengths **identifying business opportunities** and **growing territories** through successful account management
