Every day we move one step closer to achieving our vision, with over 1,000 people having already completed one of our programs. We are now looking for a passionate and purpose-driven salesperson to join our team and to help us achieve our vision as quickly as possible. Since launching we are now working with organisations such as the Vicinity Group, Bega Foods, Asahi, Rockwell Automation, WEX and Latrobe City Council. We are supporting and coaching individuals in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, US, and UK. **What's great about this role?** We were looking for an organised operations manager who loves systems, processes and getting things in order. Your current title might be Administrations Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or maybe you don't have a title, but you are just really good with systems and processes. We are growing quickly at 3 x revenue growth for the last 2 years and we are not expecting this to slow down so we desperately need better systems to help us scale even more quickly. You role will be central to the success of the team supporting the sales, coaching and finance teams to become more efficient and to add structure and process. You will lead a small team of one part-time person, but we expect this to grow over time. **What you will be doing** You will work closely with all team members - the executive team, finance, sales, and the incredible coaching team. You will support our customers and coachees as they on board and off board our programs and you will help us build the robust systems we need as we grow. Whilst you will need to be organised and be passionate about getting things "right" you will be working in an environment that is a little "squishy". At Peeplcoach we innovate and change quickly so we need someone with initiative, resilience, who is adaptable and has a sense of humour. You will be very comfortable with technology. We can teach you, but it would be great if you had experience with Zoho, Contentful, Xero, Teams, and the Office Suite. We will teach you all about our Peeplcoach dashboard. **What you can offer** We can offer you purpose, development, fun, challenge and the ability to make an impact on our team as well as our clients and coachees. You will be a critical member of the team and will report directly to the CEO which means you will be heard.
