An excellent opportunity is available for an organised and reliable **Payroll & Accounts Officer** to join our team in East Vic Park.

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. We’re one of Perth’s biggest Toyota dealerships, supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers. **How you will make an impact**:

- Process the fortnightly payroll including onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintaining rosters in the Time and Attendance system
- Process payments and lodge statutory returns for superannuation, payroll tax and child support
- Process apprenticeship and workers' compensation claims
- Balance sheet reconciliations for payroll clearing accounts
- Reconcile and process payments for creditors
- Conduct annual minimum wage audits for all employees

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:

- 5+ years experience in payroll
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge on Unipay Payroll and Workforce TNA software preferred
