We are an Australian beauty supplement startup focused on Beauty+ benefits for women. We have partnered with leading experts and nutritionists to create the highest quality and natural indigestible products.

**About the Role**

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the merchandising of all ecommerce platforms for Vivacell. You will be planning, strategise and execute conversion-driving campaigns, merchandising the products and website marketing. You will also maximize the usage of the website and promote engagement of the customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all the postings of products in all accounts and its homepage banners.
- Manage the full scope of the online stores
- product descriptions, pricing, images, category assignments, product categorisation.
- Work closely with the SEO for onsite content optimization.
- Work closely on the strategy and process formulation for the other platforms or means of marketing the products
- Propose emerging trends for online stores.
- Google Analytics review, analysis and monthly reporting.
- Provide a consistent end-to-end customer journey across all touch points.
- Ensure platform integrations are running efficiently and troubleshoot platform issues in a timely manner
- At least 3 years’ experience in handling Shopee and Lazada and shopify
- Has at least 4 years’ experience in beauty industry experience in Asian countries such as Philippines, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, and/or Taiwan
- Have excellent time management
