Domestic Wastewater Service Technician

Pike’s Waste Water is looking for our next team member, a domestic wastewater service technician who could be full-time, or contract.

As a Wastewater service technician, you will be required to maintain the quarterly services of the systems on our current client base. Your role will involve a wide variety of tasks such as:

- Located in Toowoomba or surrounds
- Working Independently
- Servicing most brands of HSTP systems
- Customer service (over the phone diagnostic and fault finding)
- Submission of reports
- On-call breakdown
- Enter new Customer Details and notes in CRM programs
- Adhere and complete necessary, OHS, SWMS
- Creation of documents
- Liaising with customers regarding their servicing needs;
- Finding new ways to better our systems and processes
- Contribute towards achieving best practices in a smooth, efficient and responsive delivery of all administrative support, document management and project support.
- Providing assistance to other team members and leaders.

- Fixing defective or broken products or ordering the necessary parts to replace faulty or worn-out parts.
- Complete callouts and insurance fit-outs

We have a well-established business that requires a full-time team member to and wastewater servicing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive team and be part of customer-focused business.

**What to expect**:

- Hours are Monday to Friday; ideally, we are looking for a start of 7:30-8:30 am and finishing after 4:30 pm. We also do an early finish at 2:30pm on a Friday if not busy.
- Expected Start Date: Immediately
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $ 41,000 - $70,000 per year
- The successful applicant will have their own well maintained work vehicle with all necessary tools provided.

**Experience**:

- Servicing wastewater treatment plants, customer service (minimum one year)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Salary**: $41,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
