**About Our Client**:
My client is a market leader in their field. They are an international FMCG organisation with 75,000 staff globally and circa 2,500 staff in Australia.

They are a very stable and profitable business who have been operating in Brisbane for 80+ years. Operating as an essential service, they have enjoyed continued growth in recent years.I've personally placed multiple staff into this team, all of whom are very positive and complimentary about the company.

This is a fast paced, exciting Credit Officer role looking after a number of accounts for the business.

Reporting in to the Credit Team Leader, you will be working in a team covering over 2000 national accounts, with an individual ledger of circa $5m monthly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage collections of weekly and monthly accounts up to legal stage
- Reconcile accounts where required
- Resolve outstanding claims
- Assist with allocation of payments
- Convert customers to electronic payments and correspondence
- Provide monthly commentary on overdue Accounts

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Worked in an FMCG environment previously
- Used SAP and are comfortable using the system
- Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables)
