Ventia will provide services across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.**About the Role**

- The Optimisation & Planning Managers purpose is to lead a team of 8 consisting of Planners and Schedulers across 3 regions throughout South East Queensland.- K**ey Responsibilities**
- Reviewing collected data and advise client best methodology to deliver works cost effectively and efficiently.
- Assist teams with building business cases based on the data collected.
- Review and build functionality to enhance user experience of the clients system
- Work toward aligning the clients with ISO550001 via the 4 year road map to drive innovation
- Build PowerBI Reports as required
- Team Leadership and Training

**About You**
- To be successful in the role of Optimisation and Planning Manager, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or Project Management with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience.
- Proven track record in a Maintenance Engineering Management role
- Technically competent in the use of PowerBi, Mainpac, MS Products and other Engineering and Project Management Software
- Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior client personnel, management and all levels of the project delivery team
