In this role you will manage all aspects of the Westside BMW dealership, including driving results across various facets of the dealership and continuing to develop a strong, high performing team culture.

The key accountabilities will include:

- Developing and managing all opportunities for the business to help ensure long term profitability and growth of the business and franchise
- Working closely with BMW and Sime Darby in developing and managing business plans, priorities and working within operating policies to achieve business objectives
- Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction, as reflected in customer feedback and reputation scores.
- Leading the team to help achieve and maintain a high performing and supportive team culture

To ensure your success you will have:

- A proven track record as a successful leader within the automotive industry
- Strong experience in successfully developing and maintaining effective interpersonal relationships and strong partnerships with a wide range of people, team members, customers and key stakeholders
- Commercial experience in planning, strategic ability, understanding of financial aspects of the business and effective negotiation skills
