**Job Overview**

As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organisation. Your primary focus will be on sales and business development, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development, including partnerships, collaborations, and contract opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, employers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and increase enrolments.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards for RTOs.
- Collaborate with the training and assessment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and training programs that meet the needs of students and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of the vocational education and training sector, including relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
