Join Our Team as a Sales/Territory Manager
CEA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales/Territory Manager to enhance our customer base and drive growth in our
Atlas Copco product lines

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new equipment sales and exceed budget expectations
  • Promote Used Equipment: Leverage every opportunity to sell used equipment
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Execute product and application-focused sales strategies as directed
  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with current and past customers
  • Product Demonstrations: Organise and manage product demonstrations within your territory
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, budget, and strategic objectives
  • Represent the Company: Act as a company ambassador at shows, exhibitions, and business forums
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit sales orders and updates to the Customer Database

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in territory management and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in generating leads and cold calling
  • In-depth understanding of the market sector and opposition products
  • Ability to execute specific sales strategies effectively
  • Skill in representing the company with customers and manufacturers
  • Strong reporting and communication skills
  • A knowledge of generator and compressor market / previous experience in this area is highly preferred
