- Full Time**Responsibilities include**:
**Operational**
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Help with store stock management to enhance customer experience

**Reporting**
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts (or as required)

**Customer Focus**
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

**Workplace Health and Safety**

Take responsibilities on behalf of the organisation, but must also comply with requirements as workers, including:

- Ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures
- Maintain relevant knowledge of WHS issues
- Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours

**To be considered for this role you will need**:
**Essential skills/experience**
- Proven work experience as an Inside / internal sales role
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Target driven towards increasing customer satisfaction and experience
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field

**Desired skills/experience**
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial sector / trade supplies
