**Job brief**
Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a Marketing Officer with sufficient experience and talent to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of Taylormade Cleaning Company Pty Ltd. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
To ensure success as a marketing executive, you should be attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience. Ultimately, a top-notch marketing executive will conceptualize ways in which marketing activities can be harnessed to expand our own company's footprint. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, website material etc.). Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that leverage AI and machine learning technologies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication. Analysing data on consumer patterns and preferences. Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends in the cleaning industry.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing services.
- Organize and oversee production advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, video clip production and media placement /communication campaigns (social media etc.), exhibitions and promotional events., within time and budget constraints.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies, organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures, potential demand and market characteristics for potential new cleaning services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. Advising Officers and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services.
**Requirements and skills**
- Degree in marketing, sales, business administration or relevant discipline
- Proven experience as marketing Officer or similar role with a thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Creativity and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and people skills Respect for people and ideas. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**To be considered for this role**:
- Proficient in marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with web analytics (e.g. WebTrends) and social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.
- A willingness to learn with a can-do positive attitude
- Initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Super-efficient with a strong sense of urgency. The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to develop a working project management plan
- Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication
- Valuing accountability and being highly responsible
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s License
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
