Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting role to join our Oceania Business as a Supply Planner
- Project Lead. Your role will be focused on project management specifically in Ocean Freight to leverage process improvement, data insight and cost saving. In addition, you’ll have opportunities to cover other supply planning roles to get maximum exposure to our brands and businesses.
**A day in the life.**
Nestlé operate one of the largest supply chain networks in the Oceania region. Our teams are cohesively supported by global tools, local expertise, and cutting-edge technology such as GS1 and SAP.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Contribute to consistently achieve sustainable Supply Planning KPI Targets
- Lead and implement functional improvement projects for Supply Planning processes and tools.
- Build and maintain effective reporting and dashboards.
- Develop data analysis methodologies to give planners actionable insights.
**What you will need to be successful.**
- Inter-market Supply Planning experience
- Import/Export shipping knowledge or experience would be a plus
- You will have the ability to successfully drive and deliver projects and understand end-to-end processes.
- SAP experience will be highly desirable and strong communication skills are a necessity.
- Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- The right person must be proactive, thorough, and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.
- You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues.
- You will already have what it takes to understand customer requirements, inventory management, and deliver process improvements.
- You’ll need strong excel and analytical skills.
