We are looking for an effective leader with impeccable customer service and a drive to succeed. The purpose of the Customer Supply Chain Manager is to drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions for competitive advantage. You will manage a team of Customer Based Coordinators to deliver specific customer and Service Strategies, whilst achieving optimal customer service levels and cost to serve efficiencies for these customers. You will manage your customers and be an escalation point for all their supply chain issues.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Deliver Supply Chain value creation for Nestlé and the Customers
- Build customer trust through reliable supply, accurate analysis and insights
- Drive cross functional alignment in partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy
- Driving Service Level improvements aligned to agreed Service Strategy
- Ensure timely and accurate communication to customers in relation to unsupplied lines, delivery delays and manage exceptions to agreed business priorities
- Identify and achieving Supply Chain cost reductions
- Leverage eBusiness enablers to drive efficient and effective order management
- Develop and maintain an effective team of Customer Based Coordinators through selection, training and coaching

**Skills and Experience**:

- A passion to lead and manage 3 direct reports
- You are agile and adaptive
- An effective communicator and always remain professional
- Has successfully led projects and initiatives that require a Commercial and Supply Chain understanding and knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service management
- Project management experience to implementation of major projects or change programmes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a plus
- A degree in any business function is highly regarded
