**We’re looking for an established leader to drive development and redevelopment across our extensive property network, overseeing planning, implementation and tracking of major works as we expand into new markets.**

InvoCare is the leading provider in the funeral, cemetery, and crematoria industry across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We’re dedicated to honouring, celebrating, and memorialising loved ones with the highest level of care and respect. Forming part of the wider InvoCare brand, the Pet Cremation business is the leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint and rapidly expanding.

**This role involves**:

- Establishing project design and execution disciplines
- Sourcing and developing greenfield developments
- Assessing the viability of new projects and securing resources
- Implementing and tracking major development projects
- Negotiating contracts with builders, suppliers, and vendors
- Extensive experience in major project development, with projects completed on time, within scope and budget
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- High order analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creativity in the development of innovative solutions within complex environments
- The ability to travel regularly, with extended overnight stays across our Australia and New Zealand sites is critical
